The location of this cozy cottage was absolutely stunning, perfect for exploring the local area. We had a great time enjoying the tidal pools and beautiful scenery for some wild swimming. The local community was also incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.
While the cottage had its charms, there were a few drawbacks. The kitchen could have been better equipped with basic necessities like foil, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Set in the charming Fife region, this quaint cottage provided a peaceful and quiet location for our stay. The well-equipped kitchen and large bathroom with a bath and shower were convenient for our large family. The proximity to East Neuk Outdoors and Cellardyke Harbour made it easy for us to explore the beautiful surroundings. We also appreciated the ease of access with the key safe. Plus, having the One Bar Haven next door served great food without any disturbances at night. it was a delightful experience for the whole family.
My children wanted to have more basic facilities in the kitchen like foil, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper for our convenience. For families with children, it would be great to have these essentials readily available in the cottage.

The bathroom was great with a shower that was super easy to use. It made getting ready in the morning a breeze for me as someone with physical handicaps.
Personally, I found the bathroom a little small, but others might still find it cozy and charming.

I recently stayed at the Quaint, Cosy Bolt Hole in Cellardyke for a few days while exploring the area. The location was absolutely perfect as it was within walking distance of Anstruther, which was exactly where I wanted to be. The team at Premier Fife Stays were fantastic and incredibly responsive to all my needs. The cottage itself was lovely, feeling like a true home away from home. It was clean, well-equipped, and featured a spacious bathroom with both a bath and shower. One of the highlights was the proximity to the harbor, being only about 20 steps away. The village itself was charming and there was a fantastic bar nearby, serving great food without any noise disturbance. As a nature lover, I also appreciated the beautiful location for exploring the local area and enjoying the ample opportunities for wild swimming in the nearby tidal pools. The local community was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of this accommodation is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of opportunities for wild swimming in the tidal pools. The local community is also very friendly and helpful, making for a welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is well-equipped with a large bathroom that includes both a bath and a shower. The fact that it is a two-storey cottage adds a certain charm and the key safe provides easy access. One nearby bar serves food without causing any noise disturbances at night.
There is a negative aspect to consider - the noisy and creaky floors from the house directly above. Although the initial disappointment may be off-putting, the cleanliness and the close proximity to the harbor and the charming village make it a lovely cottage overall.

The location was beautiful and perfect for exploring the local area. We had plenty of opportunities for wild swimming in the tidal pools nearby.
It did not match the photos and felt neglected. the house realistically only accommodated two adults and two small children, as the bunk beds were not suitable for adults.
